Brilliant deconstruction of television news, which I learned about from Peter Kafka on MediaMemo.
It makes me a little sad to think that television news can be so easily skewered. I’m pretty sure my idealized mental image of Edward R. Murrow would scowl disapprovingly. However, I harbor a little internal, print-centric glee that television news can be so easily picked apart.
That glee is tempered, however, by the knowledge that print is just as easily picked apart. That deconstruction just doesn’t translate as well into entertaining YouTube videos.
